Wei-Lun Lo

I am an PhD student in Public Affairs at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University.

My research studies how early-life health shapes children’s development and their families’ long-run well-being, and how timely policy intervention can set children on healthier, more productive paths. My work has focused on how childhood disabilities and mental health affect family dynamics, and I am now expanding into healthcare delivery and insurance design.
